Connect Your AI Provider
Navigate to SmartSupport AI › AI Provider. Select ChatGPT (OpenAI) or DeepSeek from the dropdown. Enter your API key in the password field and click Save. The chatbot is now connected to your chosen AI engine and ready to be trained.
